We ship within the United States, to all 50 states. We don't ship internationally yet.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned.

To start a return, email hello@shophalene.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or wrong, email hello@shophalene.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.
