Shipping

We ship within the United States, to all 50 states. We don't ship internationally yet.

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate, calculated at checkout. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned.

To start a return, email hello@shophalene.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or wrong, email hello@shophalene.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.
